Memorial Plaque

A beautiful, bronze plaque in memory of former village president Jim Coughlin was attached to the west side entryway of the Winneconne Municipal Center on Monday, April 26. The plaque was presented to the village by the nieces and nephews of Coughlin. In attendance were Coughlin’s niece, Kitty Shields, his sister, Katherine Coughlin, Winneconne Village Administrator Steve Volkert, Marge Eid, Mike and Joan Meyer and Ed and Jeanne Clasen.
