First Weber Group Establishes Smart Office in Winneconne
Wisconsin’s #1 real estate company ready to serve
First Weber Group Realtors, Oshkosh, is pleased to share news of its recent expansion to the Winneconne area.
As of January 1, 2012, First Weber has established a Smart Office at 5677 State Road 116 within the Gene Young Custom Homes Building. Winneconne businessman Gene Young, along with area realtors Kris Janasik, Sheri Knepel, Steve Poeschl, Ken Tritt, and Mary Boss are excited to have an established presence in the Winneconne area to better serve real estate needs in the northern part of Winnebago County and the lake areas of Butte des Morts, Poygan, and Winneconne. “These agents combine for over 40 years of real estate experience and expertise,” shared Dennis Schwab. “But this office is open to any of our 40-plus agents.”
Winneconne’s is the first Smart Office that First Weber, Oshkosh, has launched, and though the office will have no set hours, it is manned and opened at customer convenience, with every agent in the First Weber family having keys to access it.
First Weber Group and Schwab Realty joined forces back in 2009, and currently ranks #1 for real estate companies in the Oshkosh area. Local agents hope to serve customers needs for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, along with real estate investment counseling. “We are a full service broker, and can help clients look for properties or houses, or list properties as needed,” the agents added. “And since First Weber is so large, we have connections with agents across the state to help with the buying and selling of waterfront property.”
First Weber Group also offers an expansive website known to be the most technologically advanced of its kind in the state, with every listing offering a virtual online tour.
And just how is the market looking these days? “The market is on the upswing,” said Poeschl. “Believe it or not, January is the spring of the real estate season, and people are starting to buy. We plan to just keep getting busier and busier right up through our peak time, which is July.”
