The Civic League was founded in 1913 to promote the civic, moral and educational welfare of the Winneconne community. Proceeds from fundraisers such as the Flea Market and Craft Fair enable the Civic League to contribute to the following:

The Civic League meets the first Monday of each month from September - April at the First United Presbyterian Church, Winneconne at 6:30 p.m.
