To All Vendors:

On behalf of Winneconne’s Civic League, we would like to welcome you to Winneconne’s annual Sovereign State Days, July 18-20, 2008. Last year’s event attracted over 50 venders and well over a thousand visitors! The Craft Fair and Flea Market will be Saturday and Sunday.

WHO: Fine art, High quality, fine crafts, Jewelry, Country crafts, Handicraft items, Painted or appliquéd clothing/accessories, Manufactured or resale items, garden /outdoor structures, Photography, Non-Profit Organizations, and other vendors as approved. * Drugs or alcohol, cigarettes, etc., ARE NOT ALLOWED *

WHEN: Saturday July 18 (from 8am -4pm) and Sunday July 19 (from 8am -2pm)

WHERE: Marble Park in Winneconne, WI. The park is located at the west end of town right on Main Street (HWY 116). This easy access high traffic area is also the location for many of the events being held during Sovereign State Days. Please see enclosed map for details.

SITE INFO: Sites are 30FT X 15FT. Electricity is NOT available. There are a total of 50 sites, all located on grass. Parking is available by your site. Please park so that other vehicles can get by you , otherwise you will be asked to move. If your tent is attached to your vehicle, it must be set up so that other vehicles can still get past you, otherwise you will be asked to move.

SITE RESERVATIONS: Two-day site fees are $25. (Food vendor site $75). One day site reservations are available for the same fee; however, site numbers will be restricted. Please send the enclosed reservation form, along w/ your check (made payable to Winneconne Civic League), by May 29, 2009 to confirm your site(s). Credit cards are not accepted. Reservations will be accepted until sites are full. After May 30^th site fee’s increase to 30$.

Sites will be reserved in the order that the payments are received. Reservations will not be accepted over the phone.

Please specify your site number preferences; otherwise the next available site number will be used. You will receive

a site confirmation card in the mail on or around June 15^th, 2008.

SITE SET-UP: According to park rules, vendors will not be able to set up until Friday afternoon (July 17).

A site reservation map will be posted at the park. Your space will be reserved for you, so please plan to set up late

Friday or very early Saturday morning. The Winneconne Civic League is not responsible for security.
