Vendor Information

 

Last year’s event attracted over a thousand visitors and those numbers have been climbing every year!

 

Who:          Flea market vendors, crafters, food vendors and non-profit groups. Selling new and used items, gifts, collectibles, crafts and food.

 

When:        From 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

 

Where:      Marble Park in Winneconne, WI.  The park is located at the west end of town right on Main Street (Hwy 116). This easy-accessible high-traffic area is also the location for many of the events being held during Sovereign State Days. See enclosed map for a detailed layout.

 

Site Info:   Sites are 30ft x 15ft. Please note that electricity is not available. There are a total of 44 sites, all located on grass.

 

Site Set-Up:    According to park rules, vendors will not be able to set up until Friday afternoon. A site reservation map will be posted at the park. Your space will be a reserved for you so please plan to set up late Friday or Saturday morning. The Winneconne Civic League is not responsible for security.

 

Site Reservations:   Two-day site fees are $25. One day reservations are not available. Advance payment by check is required, credit cards are not accepted.

 

Sites will be reserved in the order that the payments are received. Reservations will not be made over the phone.  We will send a confirmation postcard with your assigned site number(s) around July 1st.
