1. Meeting called to order by President Helen Thomson

2. Dave Norton made a motion to adopt the agenda and Brian Gibbs 2nd
3. Introductions were done along with a short comment from each person present on what they would like the chamber to do for them
4. Secretary Report: Kristin reported on the newsletter and passed out the front page to give people an idea of what it will look like. Also discussed Business After Hours and told the group she would be attending the Chamber Convention in May.
5. Treasurer Report: Dave Norton went over bills and bank statements
6. President Report: Helen reminded everyone about Wine on the Wolf that will take place March 9 from 2-4 at the Fin. She also talked about the Reality Store that will take place on March 6 at the High School and encouraged people to get involved.
Events and Committee Chairs for 2008:
Internet: John Bartow and Kathy Grace (Dennis Reimer will also help out with
getting some prices on a new website)
Membership: Kristin will do membership
Carnival/Rummage Sale: Deb Bartel, Amy Verkuillen and Kristin Ramthun
4th of July: Doug Nelson (people need to work on getting some names to Doug
for the dedication)
Raffle: Brian Gibbs
Holiday of the Wolf: Dave Norton and Mary Jo Winkenwerder
Fishing Tournaments: Doug Nelson (already has 5 or so scheduled)
Toll Bridge: Andy Beiser, Andrea Pingel, and Kristin Ramthun
Triathlon: Andy Beiser, Andrea Pingel and Kristin Ramthun
Car Show: Andy Beiser made a motion that the Chamber take on the Car Show
